Spark Streamer is a live streaming enhancement tool that connects to TikTok Live to enable interactive, gamified experiences for content creators and their audiences. Features include real-time gift and comment triggers, overlays, leaderboards, and game integrations.

3. TikTok Integration

Spark Streamer integrates with TikTok via official APIs. By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize us to:

• Read your basic profile information (username, display name, avatar)
• Access live stream data including gifts and comments in real time

We do not post content on your behalf or access private messages.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Manipulate or falsify live stream metrics
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Spark Streamer offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
